Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed:

  • After business hours
  • On weekends
  • On bank holidays

will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 1-4 business days.

This delivery timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are £1.99 for standard UK delivery and all orders above £70 are eligible for free delivery.

 

Order Tracking:

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

 

Delivery Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate shipping information
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if required

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional postage fees may apply for redelivery.

 

Risk of Loss:

Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address.

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please notify the courier and contact us as soon as possible.

 

Missing or Lost Parcels:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will:

  • Investigate with the courier
  • Assist in locating the parcel
  • Offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

Claims submitted long after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
