Refund policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process:
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@perfumesgalore.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3-10 business days for processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24-72 hours of delivery through our email info@perfumesgalore.com.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Items:
We take great care in fulfilling every order accurately. If you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Email us at info@perfumesgalore.co.uk and include:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you ordered
- A description of the item you received
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (including labels)
This helps us resolve the issue faster.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost to you:
- A replacement of the correct item, OR
- A full refund.
Returning the Incorrect Item:
In most cases:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, or
- Provide instructions for returning the incorrect item
Please do not discard or return items without contacting us first.
If a return is required, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed and dispatched.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@perfumesgalore.com with your order number. We will make every effort to stop the order before dispatch; however, we cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun.
Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellations are not permitted. In such cases, you must wait to receive the item and follow our standard Returns Policy if you wish to send it back.
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-10 days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
